Frequently Asked Questions & Answers
Q. I do not remember or cannot find my USSF ID?
A. Go to https://www.ussoccer.info/Common/Forgotussfid.aspx. This link can also be found on www.ussoccer.info at the bottom of the page.
Q. What is my password?
A. The default password is your Last Name as it appears on your USSF registration card. However, if you were a referee in 2009 and when you registered online last year and changed your password, then the default password will not work. If you did not change it, the default password will work. For some who 1st became a referee in 2010 (your USSF ID starts with 2010) your last name does not work, then try your birthday (i.e. Dec 10, 1991 would be 12101991. If that still does not work, then send an email to registration@epsarc.org asking for your password to be reset.
Q. How come when I click on "Forgot Password" on the USSF log in page I never get an email with my password?
A. If you do not receive an email then either (a) there is no email address in your personal information or (b) the email address in your personal information is no longer valid. You must contact registration@epsarc.org to reset your password. It is your responsibility to keep your email up to date on the USSF database.
Q. College exemption test for currently registered referees who need to re-cerity:
A. If you were enrolled in a school of higher learning (College, University, etc.) on January 1, email proof of this (Grades, Schedule, Tuition Bill) to office@epsarc.org, and you will not have to earn the 5 hours of recertification training but you must take an online test. This test will be made available on Sept 1. Please remember that YOU STILL MUST REGISTER with USSF. If you did not start College or University until the Fall then you do not qualify for this exemption.
Q. I am having issues with my credit card being accepted?
A. The payment is being made directly to USSF, so you must contact them directly @ (312) 808-1300 and tell them this is concerning payment issues for registration as an official.
Q. Once I complete my registration, I am registered for next year, right?
A. No, by completing the online form you are Applying for Recertification, & this is stated on your receipt. Your application must be approved by both EPSARC & USSF.
Q. How do I know the status of my registration?
A. By logging into your account at www.ussoccer.info & then clicking on the Referee tab on the left side. This will bring up your Main Page. You will be able to see your complete history and status of registration.
Q. What about my badge, law book and ID Card?
A. First, Law Books are no longer mailed out. You must download the latest version. The badge and ID card are sent by USSF, not EPSARC, so sending multiple emails to EPSARC will not make them come any faster. It can take anywhere between 4-6 weeks AFTER USSF approval for you to receive them. If you have multiple registrations it is possible that they will not all arrive at the same time. If after 6 weeks from USSF approval you have not received your package send a note to registration@epsarc.org titled "missing badge" and in the body include your USSF ID#. EPSARC will send a note to USSF.
